The compilation album, LATE ARRIVAL, contains 10 remastered songs from 2 albums that featured Avril Lavigne before she became an international Pop star. On The Quinte Spirit (1999) album Avril sang lead vocal on Touch the Sky and backup vocal on You Mean the World to Me and the title track. On My Window to You (2000) Avril sang lead vocal on Temple of Life and Two Rivers. There are more than 30 local musicians from the Kingston-Napanee area that participated in 18 recordings across the 2 albums of songs composed by Stephen Bruce Medd.
